Day 01

Arrive in Ahmedabad

Arrive at Ahmedabad – located on the banks of Sabarmati Lake, The structural design of Ahmedabad is a synthesis of Hindu craftsmanship with Islamic architecture. Some of the features that perfectly describe the Ahmedabad city are splendid monuments, wonderful museums and gorgeous lakes. There is an abundance of sightseeing places in Ahmedabad that are truly worth a visit.

On arrival you will be assisted and transferred to the hotel .

Rest of the day at leisure OR OPTIONAL you could proceed for half day sightseeing of Ahmedabad visiting the Gandhi Ashram – Sabarmati Ashram (also known as Gandhi Ashram, Harijan Ashram, or Satyagraha Ashram) located in the Sabarmati suburb of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

You could also visit the Adalej Step Well and Akshardham Temple (Closed on Mondays) – Swaminarayan Akshardham in Gandhinagar. Gandhinagar is the second planned and architecturally integrated city in India after Chandigarh. The Akshardham temple is the most famous temple of the Swaminarayan Sect, one of the richest religious sects in the world. This temple houses the 7 feet gold-leafed idol of Lord Swaminarayan and is a unique cultural complex. Akshardham is an intricately carved, majestic monument of 6000 tons of pink sandstone and is surrounded by lush green gardens and beautiful fountains.

Return to the hotel.

Day 02

Golf At Kalhaar Blues and Greens.

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Kalhaar Blues and Greens

The Kalhaar Blues and Greens Golf Course was awarded the best golf course in India at the 2015 India Golf Awards.

It has the distinction of being India’s longest golf course as stretches to a massive 7425 yards from the Black Tees.

The course has plenty of water in play, massive bunkers and greens that can sometimes be severe! It is a treat to play here as it not only enthralls you but also challenges every part of your game!

Rest of the day is at leisure or at the hotel you could can avail of a spa treatment to relax and rejuvenate yourself.

Day 03

Golf at Kensville

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Kensville Golf Course.

Kensville was the host for a European PGA sanctioned tour event in 2011 and 2012. With narrow fairways dotted with trees on both sides, and water in play on 13 holes this is an extremely challenging course. The course also has a 300 year old temple on its premises.

Rest of the day is at leisure or OPTIONAL you could go sightseeing visiting the Hathee Singh Jain Temple. Built outside the Delhi Gate in 1850 by a rich Jain merchant, the temple is dedicated to Dharamanath, the 15th Jina or Jain apposite. This temple is one of the best ornamented Jain temples in Ahmedabad and is built of pure white marble and decorated with rich carvings.
Also visit the JamaMasjid built in 1423 AD by Ahmad Shah and described by some as the most beautiful mosque in India. This mosque is believed to have been constructed from the items salvaged from the demolished Hindu and Jain temples.
After visiting the mosque we visit the Calico Museum of Textiles. This museum is widely regarded as one of the finest textiles museums in the world, started in Calico Textile Mill. This museum of textiles has excellent exhibits of antique and modern textiles including rare tapestries, wall hangings, costumes and old weaving machines.

Day 04

Golf at Gulmohar Greens and Departure

Breakfast in hotel.

Check out from the hotel and proceed towards Gulmohar Greens.

It is a beautiful 9 holes course, measuring 6380 yards when repeated and is a par 72 course. However, do not make the mistake of taking the course lightly, as it is as challenging as any other courses.

Post round, transfer to airport.
