At the appointed time, transfer to Cà Della Nave by Arnold Palmer which is 7 Minutes from the hotel. It is the first of the three courses designed in Italy at the end of the 80s by the famous US golf champion Arnold Palmer, well-known designer of golf courses in the world, inspired by nearby Venice, spreading the 27 holes of water obstacles.

Arnold Palmer created a first-class path in technical and aesthetic results, developing from a surface of 75 hectares two tracks: a “champion” 18 holes par 72 of 6350 meters, and a” executive “of 9 holes. The big bunkers scattered along the fairways and in defense of large and fast greens, fit armoniosamente between the vegetation and the pools of water in the wide horizons of a technical and suggestive path, until the arrival on the green of the 18th, which opens in a natural amphitheater inside the park. Peculiarity of the field is given by the abundance of water obstacles created with artificial lakes that affect as many as 12 of the 18 holes, from the consistent presence of large bunkers to the American.

Day 06 | Golf at  Villa Condulmer Golf Club

Breakfast at Hotel.

At the appointed time we will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Villa Condulmer Golf Club which is situated in the park of a magnificent villa from the 18th century 14 Mins away from the hotel. The golf course is the centerpiece of 60 hectares of natural environment. Built at two different times, the 18 hole, par 71 course is 5900 meters long. The first nine holes, designed by John Harris, unwind through the age-old flora of Villa Condulmer’s 18th century park. The second nine holes, designed by Marco Croze, are longer than the first. The greens are fast and well defended by strategically placed bunkers; the layout of the course is flat and not difficult. Water is present in half of the holes. The practice range is 250 meters long and has 9 distance markers ranging from 25 to 200 meters; there is also a putting green whose look and feel reflects the conditions of the golf course greens.

During the last few years there has been extensive drainage work done on the greens, fairways, rough and bunkers. This, along with regular maintenance, guarantees a dry course even after it rains and in general allows for better control of the humidity in the earth. The Club has completely renovated the Championship Course, reseeding its 18 holes with the Bermuda Grass. The famous “Bermuda Grass,”capable of absorbing rainwater as no other variety of grass can, was planted on the second nine holes in the Summer of 2015, and in May 2016, the planting was completed on the first nine holes.  Now the Course is perfectly playable all year round, regardless of weather.

In its own right, though, Treviso is a pleasant town with several attractions worthy of a day trip. Enjoy Farewell Dinner.
